Sedona artist, Steve Bramon, is a 3rd generation bricklayer.
He has many years of experience working in the masonry industry.
His concrete totems were jury selected for exhibition in “Its Elemental” in 2015, 2016 and 2017 at the
Coconino Center for the Arts in Flagstaff, Arizona. “In 2015, they were awarded “Best in Mixed Media” for “Relic” and in 2016, they were awarded “Best in Show” for “Primativa.”
His home and studio is in the Village of Oak Creek, Arizona.
He lives with his pet velociraptor Jack Russell and artist/wife of 37 years, Rebecca.
“I enjoy working with concrete because it is very familiar to me. I appreciate its delicacy and strength.
Its ability to be manipulated makes it an ideal casting material.
My background in ceramics and masonry gives me a unique perspective on my art.”
